7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
a) Program Description
Users will recieve confirmation messages after opting in and submitting a form or if they choose to get the service, they can recieve confirmations and project updates via text messages.
Examples may include:
- Service & Scheduling: appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival windows, rescheduling notices.
- Project Updates: inspection status, material delivery timing, weather delays, completion notices.
- Account & Support: estimate follow-ups, invoice reminders, review requests, customer service replies.
- Promotions (optional): limited-time offers, seasonal maintenance tips, roof health alerts.

Sending Number(s): We may send messages from a short code, toll-free number, or local long code (collectively, “sending numbers”).
